Terms & Privacy: SMS changes

Twilio rejected the CapExpert A2P campaign for Terms and Conditions, Call to Action and opt-in issues. Neither page says anything about SMS today. These are both full pages with the additions highlighted.

Give Twilio https://app.capexpert.io/terms-and-conditions and https://app.capexpert.io/privacy-policy. Stop using the PDF on www.capexpert.io, because it will not have the SMS clause.
